Sensu Outdoor Lounge Chair - Upholstered

Toou's Sensu lounge chair in its fully upholstered form. Simone Viola drew the silhouette from the sensu, the Japanese folding fan: an embracing backrest set on a conical base, a seat for switching off. This version wears Toou's Easy Up padding, a complete cover that turns the shell into a fully upholstered chair, in three fabric and shell combinations.

The shell is moulded from eco plastic, Toou's lower impact compound, and the Easy Up padding attaches with an elastic fastening system so it comes off for cleaning or a seasonal change. Covers come in Sunbrella and Toou's standard fabric; the resilient Sunbrella options are suited to outdoor use, making the chair as workable on a covered deck as in the living room.
