Joe Armchair

The Joe armchair is MCM House's coastal icon in its single seat form, compact at 75cm wide by 87cm deep, so it fits where sofas cannot: bedrooms, studies, the awkward end of a living room. The relaxed slip covered look works as hard in a bach as it does in town.

Its removable linen cover is the practical heart of the design: it can come off for cleaning or be replaced to refresh the chair entirely. The signature overlock stitch finishes the edges, and feather scatter cushions supply the comfort. Feather needs a regular plump, linen creases, and both are the point.
