Our business is growing and we’re looking for another Sales Consultant to work at our Parnell showroom.

This is an amazing opportunity for you to sell high quality furniture with your collaborative and solutions-based sales experience. In return, you will be well rewarded with an excellent base salary and uncapped team commission. Also, as we grow, you will have the potential to move into our e-commerce team or leadership roles and/or assist with new store openings in future.

Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of running a retail store including key holder responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service both in store, online and on the phone 
Engaging with customers’ to determine their needs and knowledgeably helping them to solve their furniture issues 

Requirements:

You must have previous selling/retail experience – furniture, fashion, interiors etc.. is highly desirable
A genuine interest in interior design and/ or furniture
A strong track record of meeting sales targets
Collaborative and consultative sales style along with excellent customer service skills
Strong listening and problem-solving skills to understand exact customer requirements
A strong desire to work as a team, and have an uplifting and positive attitude to life
Be self-motivated and driven to achieve
Have strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
