Elan Super King Bed

The Elan super king: a 183 x 203cm mattress platform with the range's reclined 95cm headboard, reading as a wide, low horizon rather than a bulky bedframe. At 205cm across overall it needs a decent room, and repays it.

The frame is a steel headboard with plywood side and end rails, padded with foam under the upholstery, on black steel legs with plastic glides. The mattress sits on slats with support bars, 22cm off the floor with clearance beneath for airflow and the vacuum. Extra covers are available to order, which is worth knowing for a bed you will keep for years.
